High rent not all services.

Pros:
Train station near, stores, nice landlord.
Cons:
Dirty, messy, neighborhood not responsible, smoke people, high rent, not elevator, not intercom, you can’t open the main door from your apartment.
Advice to owner:
Not be confident with your employees in this building.
