Ruthless, lying landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
none after it was bought
Cons:
The owner is deceitful. Took out the boiler in the winter and never supplied heating oil. tried to buy us out of the apartment. when we asked for him to put it in writing, things got ugly
Advice to owner:
Be kind to your tenants and don't try to deceive them.
