Home was sold under our feet
Pros
Very quite strip at the time to live in.
Cons
Basement wall exposed, wiring hanging everywhere. Big rats not mice crawling inside walls. My building was a hangout spot for everyone for some odd reason. Roof and building had already cracked water would overflow into the basement. Owner could not keep up with own repairs. And owner sold the "house" while tenants were living in their without anyone knowledge while at the same time bringing an agent for a sell. Tenants who lived next door would cut through the private back yard because they "know the owner" was.
Advice to the owners
Not sure if it is the same property owner from around 2016-2018. And it might have changed but felt it was fair to write a review on it.
