There are None
Cons:
-Has Renovated & upgraded every other Unit except the 1 unit with the longest living resident, who is a non immigrant person of color. -Deprived my Mother of Heat in the Winter or the ability to Safely open windows in the summer - There have been more repairs needed than I can keep track of. Landlord is unresponsive to matters other than rent being paid. - mice infestation that the resident of the unit had to take care of as most issues in the apt have been 100% resolved by the renter. - Landlord and his Father are very disrespectful towards women not of their race. He speaks degradingly to my senior mother and has walked into my mother's home without knocking or announcing his entrance.
Advice to owner:
Allah knows and sees your missed deeds. You have had many opportunities to be better towards humanity than you were the day before. On the day of judgement I pray that you apologize and repent for being abusive towards an elderly woman.
