Pros:
The neighborhood is quiet and there isn’t much to complain about. There are delis near by, laundromat,etc.
Cons:
There is rats running by out of the garbage, there is smoking in the hallway no one seems to be considerate and the heating omg is so horrible it will be days without a heater and honestly if you’re planning to rent here then get used to cold night because the heating problem is bad
Advice to owner:
My advice to the property owner is stop being cheap! Check out your tenants if they have heat, also please consider in taking in good tenants. One more having cameras and also fix the building door and repaint it. Try to at least act like you care about the tenant. You’re ridiculous!!!
