Need attention
Pros
I love the fact that it’s very convenient for shopping and traveling and it’s close to a lot of highways. This particular block is very quiet and close to parks.
Cons
The building is not well maintained. The heating is poor, the water pressure sucks plus when you take a shower the hot water stay hot barely a minute. The building needs new windows and the apartments need some updates especially the electrical part.
Advice to the owners
You are a business owner I believe no matter what kind of business your in if you treat your tenants the way you would want to be treated and take care of your properties as if you were living in them you would be more wealthy.
