My perspective living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and his crew work real hard to manage the building and to provide a comfortable living environment for us all. The garbage area was filthy but now its more neat and easier to throw out my trash.
Cons:
I've been stuck in the elevator multiple of times and I know it needs to be renovated. The elevator assistance button inside doesn't work and the times that I was stuck, I started to have anxiety because I was claustrophobic. I truly know it should be upgraded but it won't because of the cost. Always during the winters heat is a big issue. Some days in the winter I wouldn’t get heat in my apartment as-well as hot water issues.
Advice to owner:
Can you please upgrade the elevator for the safety of the tenants.
