Pros:
good sized apartment, close to train, neighborhood doesn’t seem loud
Cons:
so many bugs everywhere. cockroaches and centipedes everywhere i look. currently undergoing major pest control in my unit.
Advice to owner:
better pest control and garbage room maintenance
