Pros:
Not much to be honest
Cons:
Roaches and rats like nobody’s business

Yasin is rude and cold. Ali does whatever she says even when he knows that she’s wrong.
He could be the voice of reason if he had a back bone and a leg to stand up on

The neighborhood is 50/50 but that’s not the landlords fault, but what is their fault is how poorly they upkeep the building, but have so many rules and regulations to follow

I also feel like I’m in prison with all the “hidden” cameras on the property! I can see them! I know they’re there.
Advice to owner:
Yasin nice things would happen for you if you were a nicer person... you’re cold to your tenants, just as cold as the apartment used to be.

You have a serious roach and rat problem, I don’t care how nice you fix up the place, until you address the rodent issue the place will always be a dump
