Run fast and Find another building.

Pros:
There isn’t much I like about the building anymore . All the old people are moving out due to the noise and partying.
Cons:
This building constantly keep bringing in section 8 tenant that don’t work and staying home all day and night with the music playing out loud until 5am in the morning. Management is aware and nothing has happen yet. ( 2 years ) apt 2D want to be the next DJ for the whole building . The corner of the building is full of stolen scooter and a repaired shop for all the local thief . The barber shops throw street parties that play music out loud until 6am in the summer having barbecues and gathering. Smoking weed , drinking , and riding scooter on the sidewalk or high up. They even had a ghetto pool in front of the building. . Great building to lived in if you have a program that will pay your rent and you don’t work. They also accept dog that stay barking all day and night.
Advice to owner:
Address the issue when your resident are complaining

Nothing at all.
Cons:
Every floor has a DJ that never sleeps. Music is constantly playing 24hr a day on all floors . In the summer the music is out of control
Everyone sit in front of the building blasting music , drinking and smoking
Kids playing game in the hallways all type of late hours
You will never get any rest in this building . The super is ok and does his job.
Beside that the heat come and goes. The walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbor talking . I constantly have to call the police about the loud music going on at 2 to 5 in the morning. 2D is the worse tenant in the building 3H 3J. 1A 3A 2I. 3E. All these apartments are constantly blasting music. All day and night. Many of the tenant place their garbage by the doors for days. The garbage smell like straight up baby shit
At time you feel that you are living in a shelter with all the noise making and the kids running around
The smoking of marijuana is throughout the building . I can t even stay in my apartment during the weekend because of all the loud partying and hanging out. I been living in the building for several years and only seen the exterminator 1 time only.
You can’t put picture frame on your walls because the music vibration knock them down .
Garage is place outside people door bringing rat and mice into your apartment
So if you looking for a place of peace and quietness
Keep it moving. Management is aware of all these issues and nothing has been done yet
Advice to owner:
Screen your tenant and enforce the music policy ASAP.
Visit the building and speak with the tenant.
Address all the trouble tenants
Send notices out to all tenant about the constant music issue in the building
Take the tenant complaint issue seriously
This building was nice at one time and now it feel like everyone come from a shelter or a drug program.
Give a notice for all tenant to stop placing garbage by the doors. This cause bad odors in the building and in People house , .bugs / flys/ and mice.
Management need to steps up and get on point for the building sake

The renovated apartments are nice.
Cons:
The Stairways are always dirty and very slippery when wet.This is terrible because it’s a hazard when it snows or rains.

Cons:
Apartment are in terrible condition and Super avoids getting worked done. He lies and say that he will get to it but never does. he always disappear and doesn’t want to work at all.
