Started out great and went down hill from there
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a new building when i first moved in, so it was clean and everything was pretty much brand new. The view was also really nice.
Cons:
The building was not built properly. When it rains water goes through the windows and balcony door. You would also feel the wind from outside if it was super windy. The super is not attentive goes through cleaners/janitors like water. Someone new is always cleaning the building, and it’s a different times. Which is an inconvenient being that there is one elevator and the cleaner puts all trash and mop water in the one elevator. Neighborhood isn’t the best so anybody comes in, kids just finding a rooftop to smoke at. Speaking of the rooftop it wasn’t officially set up until year of me living there. Then the worst part happened. Roaches. My neighbor was disgusting, he had roaches coming from his apartment. From there they started coming into my apartment. I tried everything to keep it out. It became to a point where I was so paranoid to cook or even be in my kitchen. It started spreading to my bathroom and living space. I had to get boric acid and downsizing, putting everything into a container. It got to a point where I was so depressed and sad in that apartment. Luckily, I am out now and I am happy to not look back. It was a great place for the time i needed it for but I definitely overstayed.
