1420 Noble Ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
Access to nearby stores in the area. Trains and buses are in a close proximity.
Cons:
Landlord is infamously known to not upkeep dwellings. Multiple violations; and not up to code. Area can be very noisy since it's close to the Cross Bronx Expressway; Also factor in you're nearby a gas station with heavy foot traffic.
