This building should be condemned
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. There is absolutely nothing to like about this building.
Cons:
Where to begin. Lets start outside with the mounds of garbage left out constantly and failing to have it picked up by sanitation and the many summons the building receives weekly. You hear rats climbing and chattering in the walls if they don’t come into the apartment that is. The shitty patch jobs they do to cover up their incompetence and lack of skill to actually fix anything on the premises. Currently dealing with a leak in my kitchen ceiling that has kept me from cooking this past week cuz no one has attempted to show up despite the many message sent to the superintendent of the premises.
Advice to owner:
Don’t be a landlord. You suck at it.

Don’t bother renting here
Former Tenant
Pros:
When they first bought the property they were making improvements and now they have abandoned their responsibilities. I have a leak for four days and I am calling 311
Cons:
Look at all of the violations in this building
Advice to owner:
You need to maintain these buildings, the super is lazy and does patch up jobs.

Horrible, would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros about this place
Cons:
Leaky roofs, broke. Windows, kitchen cabinet was not properly installed and fell down on me, dirty hallways, front of the building is always disgusting, tenants smoke weed in the hallways, super is good for nothing, pay all this rent just for nothing to be worth that much and everything is broken, management is rude and lazy, for 300 dollars more I could move to haze towers with laundry in the building, a gym, a parking spot, a balcony and security in the front
Advice to owner:
Do better. Lower rent if you are not going to fix these problems, this area and all these issues are not worth the rent price, for 3 hundred dollars more I could go to hazel towers and get a 1 bedroom with laundry in the building, a balcony, security, a gym and a parking spot, you need to do better
