To live here you can’t be afraid of insects and pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super joe was very friendly.
Cons:
This building is filthy Burnt spoons in the staircase Cigarettes all over the building floor The apartment on viewing was okay As soon as I signed the lease and spent the night I saw there was a really bad rat and roach infestation, called 311, the landlord, the super everyone. The super just gave me sticky traps to catch the non stop water bugs and they said “hey, it’s an old building” the floors are uneven and there’s a weirdly large amount of sex offenders on that block, crazy beside it’s right next door to an elementary school.
Reconsider
Advice to owner:
But this building and start from scratch, you can’t save it!
