Not a good place to live

Pros:
Large spaces if you’re living as one or two people
Cons:
Old building, hasn’t been renovated in decades… the landlord take forever with responses to issues with apartments. Building only does patch up jobs instead of fixing the root of the problem
Advice to owner:
Fix the issue at the root of them instead of doing patch up jobs
