Not a bad building but the cleanings is not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe even late at night
Cons:
The hallways are always dirty garbage in the hallway the door to the basement is always close it’s a fire hazard door but it’s always close so if there is a fire there is only the main entrance to get out

Was a Decent Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooms are pretty large. Apartments are decent. Building is somewhat quiet.
Cons:
Was once a decent building. Rarely cleaned. Building smells badly. Management sends unprofessional emails blamings tenants for the building's condition rather than the super/porter. The super is not as responsive as the previous supers. You have to reach out to him multiple times after calling in for a Work Order. Often ignores your calls/messages. Does not seem like he's capable of making simple repairs.
Advice to owner:
Ensure that buildings are cleaned regularly and hold super accountable for outstanding work orders.
