Dirty with Lazy Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small deli across the street. Close to transportation.
Cons:
Front door lock always broken, Garbage over flows in bins downstairs from building, loud neighbors, loitering, outdated apartments, takes forever for super or landlord to fix anything, half done jobs when done, over priced apartments period!
Advice to owner:
Make sure the next time you hire a super, make sure that they’re willing and able to take on the job!
