Needs Better Pest Control

Pros:
Location - access to shopping area, stores, laundry mat, and public transportation is amazing!
Cons:
Pest control is nearly non-existent. There are mice and roaches, as well as your occasional water bug in this building. The building controls the heat, and sometimes it's too hot, other times it's cold af.
Advice to owner:
Need better pest control and garbage storage!

Pros:
Access to transportation & stores was nearby. Good sized bedrooms.
Cons:
Mice & roaches in the building. No pest control. No heat sometimes.
