Lack of management

Pros:
When the heat is on, IT IS ON! The Building gets mopped.
Cons:
Sup does the bare minimum for the building and it has been reported to management. Management is barely responsive. Trash in the front never gets cleaned. At. All.
Advice to owner:
Please respond to requests and also speak with your sup about upkeep of the ENTIRE BUILDING.
