Foundation issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments, Almost sound proof to other apts, high ceilings, wood floors, nice bathrooms
Cons:
No elevator, no garbage shoot, small laundry room, slanted floors/probable foundation issues (I had to tape my drawers shut or they’d keep sliding open) constant flooding of my apt (usually from bathtub) water leaked easily through apartments (which probably caused by slant in the floors and probable foundation issues) Neighbor had bed bugs 😑, constant issues with people (who did not live in the building) sleeping in the hallways either inside the building on the steps or in the front hallway
Advice to owner:
Fix foundation issues
