Pros:
Absolutely nothing except the public transportation nearby. The washing machine’s are great but the dryers are weak.
Cons:
Everything. The rent likes to sky rocket drastically like who pays almost 3 grand for a studio?! It’s not like it’s located downtown! Roaches come from neighbors, very hard to get rid of.
Advice to owner:
Just do better for your tenants. It’s what makes the building still standing.
