Pros:
getting woken up in time for work because of random drug seekers ringing my bell to get into the building
Cons:
heat gets turned on when not needed, when it’s freezing the heat is never on. constantly having to complain about not having hot water. super goes through the garbages and complains about tampons, pads, wipes and children’s diapers. nothing gets fixed you always get the run around.
Advice to owner:
if you want people to pay your rent, make sure all the amenities are actually functioning
