Pros:
The building has a laundry room and a elevator that always clean when you want to use it.
Cons:
You only have access with keys through one entry,but their are three other exit to get out. If you buzz the bell to let someone in the buzz last so long that you can let so many other people gain entry, which makes me feel unsafe cause I’m already in the building waiting for elevator and the buzzer is still going after I already gain entry. Also my intercoms don’t work I can’t notify who trying to gain access to the building when they ring my bell cause the intercoms don’t work any to buzz ppl in which is very unsafe. Security doesn’t doesn’t help with opening doors when you have bags or doesn’t speak to tenants as you gain entry to building. The trash room hold a lot of roaches to where when your coming off the elevator they are all over the hallway floor and walls trying to get in ppl apartments. The train is really loud where your unable to sleep or watch tv or except important calls cause the train is passing and it so loud you can’t even think.
Advice to owner:
What’s the sense in having security when they don’t do anything, their are four know exit to this building is you stand in the doorway anyone can gain control to come in the building that why it should be a gd idea to give tenants keys for side doors. Also security is just sitting their reading or on their phones while tenants that have children or groceries trying to gain entry and they don’t help with holding the door or helping you gain entry to your apt.. their ppl able to make it in the building without ringing bell cause they walk in behind others or the buzzer last to long when buzzed in. Also security doesn’t speak when leaving or coming into the building. Their always people in the stair case smoking and littering urinating pet feces all over the stair ppl can slip and fall not know the stairs are wet from urinating and wasting beverages all over the stairwell. Also their no cameras Ford safety in the stairwell. The front door is always getting broken into where we have no security at all anyone can walk in as regular. It would be nice to install sound proof windows for tenants cause you have absolutely no piece of mind from the very loud train. I don’t feel safe living here. And I haven’t gotten a good night sleep since I moved here which plays a big role on mood. The train is really really noisy.
