"This Building Is Out Of Order!"
Pros
Near some convenient shopping outlets.
Cons
Tenants being allowed to do run wild here, doing in and everything behind closed doors.
Advice to the owners
You must not only collect rent from your tenants, o make sure that, your tents are safe and secured under your asstablishment.
Looks can be deceiving
Pros
The apartment is ok. They're vents but beware of smokers even if you close vents. The smokers goes through unit and you will become a second hand smokers, there's a no pet policy and people here don't follow through with rules. There's no amenities in this building. There's no convenience stores nearby either walking distance or best bet public transportation.
Cons
Cheaply built. Noisy neighbor, alot of mentally challenged people reside within building. This building is next to a supportive housing building as well and there's either a men's shelter or apartment for men that are either from shelter or narcotics. This is an Hpd own building and these properties are allowing anyone to move in this building. There are people here with vouchers from shelter and doors with one lock to enter apartment. There is an intercom to get in but maintenance never on time not reliable there's no super with in building. The apartment looks like someone built a house and place it on foundation. You can slip paper into someone else's apartment underneath the wall if that makes sense. The project was rushed. I'm on the verge of moving out. Beware of dog poop outside of building. There's no jack into wall of apartment so if you want landline you have to pay to install it. Not worth it people. View apartment carefully before moving in. I saw this on video but should have viewed in person instead.
Advice to the owners
You need to retrain staff to communicate better with tenant and hire maintenance/super to meet punctuality to accommodate tenants on time. Or hire other staff this building. The supervisor needs to do better with communication and answer certain questions and not beat around the bush. Better yet hire new staff to maintain building.
