Pros:
- Great location, everything needed nearby
- Close to transportation
Cons:
- 5 floor walk up
- Pest issues in some apartments
- Apartments have interesting shapes

Great place to live but..

Pros:
When calling in for maintenance they are on top of that.The building is always clean
Cons:
The only issue is that there are inconsiderate people that feel entitled to make a lot of noise by moving their furniture on a daily basis.
