Building is fine, super sucks!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are a decent size for the monthly rent; Neighbors keep to themselves and look out for one another.
Cons:
Super is unresponsive especially if you have an emergency outside of the hours of 9AM- 5PM; Huge cat sized rats coming in-and-out of the garbage area; Apartments need a lot of upkeep; management tends to patch up issues with abandoned instead of making a long term a fix.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super! Respond to complaints in a timely and complete manner, especially complaints that are constant & need a long term solution.
