Not bad compared to others
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cameras all around building. Clean as they updated their building policies.
Cons:
Quite hard to get repairs done in apartments. Loud music. Allyway for trash is a hangout spot late night, people blast their music pass city hour limits. But good building.
Advice to owner:
Honestly you property managers should live at least a week in the property, or better yet actually visit your building, do apartment inspections and see what repairs or problem your market rent tenets are paying and facing. Can also point out how many apartments are sub-lease as well, really don't think that fair. It's a great building but people really abuse the place they live in. Sad to say it's only two building on the white plains strip that make so much noise at random times.
