Pros:
The rent is Cheap
Cons:
No heat, concerns not being met, doesn’t fix anything. Garbage gets out of hand, in the warmer weather hallway smalls of garbage. Hallways dirty & littered, needs updated paint & a roof leak in top floor hallway, on rainy days the water runs to the front of people’s door
Advice to owner:
Issues come w/ owning property. Tenets have rights as well
