The rent was priced great for a two bedroom. The apartment was a decent size, in a great area and surprisingly did not have any pests(common for many NYC apartments).
Terrible neighbors. Two out of four were straight out of a horror movie.
Screen tenants more thoroughly, and upkeep common areas more frequently.
