TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

Pros:
Decent neighbor/neighborhood. Close to train
Cons:
This place is hell. The owner does not care about the building. Leaves you to live in filth. Might as well move to the projects. The grounds are unkept which brings in mice. He doesn’t hire an exterminator. Does literally the bare minimum. The hallways are filthy. Rodents and pests EVERYWHERE. There’s no super. You’re left to fend for yourself. Garbage piles up you can’t even walk. No laundry room. No apartment maintenance. Literally dangerous conditions. Does the legal bare minimum and even ILLEGAL practices. Tenants are fed up. 311 calls multiple times a month. Owner is rude and cold. Never answers calls. Very unprofessional. Honestly he is a bad person. It is such a shame to subject people to live like this. Rent is VERY HIGH. Not worth it. Please do not live here you will be miserable. So happy me and my family left because it broke my heart to have to be in such an unwelcoming environment.
Advice to owner:
Please be a decent human being. If you want quality tenants you need to do the right thing. And you do have good people in that building. Treat them better. This is where people live. Please I really hope you and your family you hire to conduct yourselves better to the people that pay for your livelihood
