Former Tenant
Pros:
-Garbage management is really strong, They take really good care of that. -Spacious units! -Strong water pressure -Nice and Quiet area -2 big elevators
Cons:
-You can hear the rats in the radiators 😖 -Landlord does not pick up phone on weekends. -Heat and Water go out constantly. -Have to chase down landlord to get them to fix something in the apartment. -Thin walls.
