Just the truth
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment's are spacious.
Cons:
Building management currently blows.
Advice to owner:
You're the owner and we are the tenants, please communicate with us properly. Stop using that company including John.

Gone downhill - (and no, the neighbors are great!)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building and neighborhood, close to transit.
Cons:
Their property management is absolutely awful. Completely incapable, or intentionally negligent with their record keeping. Repairs never done. Things are falling apart. It’s insane and I hear it from other tenants. I think they’re trying to take it out of rent stabilization by harassing people.
Advice to owner:
Quit while you’re ahead. Sell the portfolio to someone responsible and get into a different profession.

If you like heat in the winter don’t come here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near the 2-5 train and several buses. Neighborhood relatively safe. Huge living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Great Sunlight in the living room. Lots of closets
Cons:
There are some neighbors that are rude and inconsiderate letting kids run all day and night, people partying on some floors. The landlord doesn’t do anything about it. My oven and stove appear to be from the 60s and they will not replace its. The heat is very inconsistent. After 10 pm Even if it’s freezing they normally will not put it on. If they put it on it’s for a short time and not enough to warm up your apt. When you complain they claim that they are giving it with a machine that they cannot Control it And that they are giving what they are required to give by law. My intercom has been broken for a while and after many complaints still not fixed. The washers are old and break down most of the Time.
Advice to owner:
Fix things that need to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Get a nicer property manager, Screen the new tenants better, have rules such as quiet Hours enforced. Give better heat. Fix up laundry Room and broken mailboxes
