It was nice, at first.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious.
Cons:
Management doesn’t attend to all tenants needs, equally. The cleanliness is poor.
Advice to owner:
Race shouldn’t be a factor on how tenants are treated.

Great building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe building , neighbors for the most part are friendly ,great location. Pets are allowed and every pet owner is responsible with regards to keeping the building clean.
Cons:
Heat is not consistent , roaches, water bugs and mice near and sometimes in lobby near garbage room. Management doesn’t answer emails, difficult to get a paint jobs done in apartment. Super needs help too much work for one person
Advice to owner:
Answer call and emails from tenants, change the timer on the heat to actually heat the apartments. Hire extra help for the super. The building can get a deep cleaning floors walls elevator floors. It would be nice to have the walls clean and the tenant’s floors deep cleaned and waxed especially for the holidays don’t just take care of the lobby deep clean the awning is front of the building or get a new one. Fix repairs in the apartments. Dontmake excuses why it’s not necessary to fix the little things in the apartments.
