Worst building on the block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all I can't wait to move out of here
Cons:
EVERYTHING , landlord refuses to make changes or repairs and when do repairs even when ceilings are falling she tries to charge you for or any work that needs to get done no elevator and treats the elderly terrible. My apartment had 4 tenants in less than a year before I moved here
Advice to owner:
Do better and your tenants will do good for you

Worst landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is great anything you need in the area
Cons:
The supers changed every month The lobby was never clean The landlord was barely ever there and didn’t respond well to problems and she was very rude to my guest. When they inquired about a spare apartment she said they couldn’t afford it. They don’t carry spare keys to the apartments
