Nice building nice area
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super responds fast to fix any issues in ur apt. Almost immediately unless it’s something that has to go through the landlord. There’s always heat. Overall beautiful building, spacious apartments. A lot of schools in the area . The building is usually always clean and smells good
Cons:
The 2 elevators do not meet. Their are separate sides. So if elevator broken you must go to lobby take garbage to other elevator in order to be able to enter the basement where garbage room & laundry room is at. Some employees can be very rude act like you are bothering them even landlord when asking questions or request. There’s a rodent infestation. Mices are out of control and it’s something you must fix yourself. Rats in the front grass lawn running around. With signs saying there’s poison in those grass but still rats roaming around and veggies growing in the summer. Sometimes elevators are turned on off and on randomly through out the day.
Wooden floors are not to the best standards slanted floors
