Horrible building don’t waste your time or money!

Pros

Hot/Cold water available 24/7

Cons

Building is literally falling apart; there are cracks in the walls/ceiling and there are constant leaks in the apartments. Elevator is out of order literally at least 4 times a month. Most of the tenants(Not all) are very loud and are simply just dirty; they don’t take out their trash and instead leave it in the compactor room which creates a consistent roach/mice problem especially in the winter. Management (especially the super Juan) is VERY LAZY. The lobby/hallway floors get mopped once a month, sometimes even once every other month(no exaggeration). During the summertime there was a huge fly infestation in the building stemming from the basement boiler room. Juan the Super refused to give it any real attention until we had the NYC department of health come and write the building multiple summons! Been living here for 17+ years, the building was once very nice and well kept but it has now gone to crap along with the neighborhood itself
