Don’t move here is nasty

Pros:
I don’t like nothing about this building
Cons:
This building is very dirty and disgusting there’s a lot of roaches and rats they don’t clean the building floors they don’t clean the staircases the elevator is always disgusting The garbage area is very dirty and has a lot of rats Management doesn’t care and don’t fix the building the laundry area is disgusting and doesn’t work

Location, apartment size and location
Cons:
Extremely filthy, everything is outdated as far as electrical & plumbing. Owners are completely unresponsive to complaints.
Advice to owner:
Sell the property if you can’t maintain it. It’s disgraceful living in these conditions.
