My Building Concerns

Pros:
•Friendly neighbors
•Pet friendly
•Few mins from train and Bronx Zoo
Cons:
Water Bugs everywhere, including in apartments!
Hallways never swept
Packages are stolen from lobby
Exterminator never shows
Hallway lights have been out for a while
Advice to owner:
There should be a schedule time for the exterminator to come to each apartment because there are too many water bugs in the building. Also needs to be daily up keep of the hallways. There’s at least 15 dead water bugs in the lobby that haven’t been swept in days.

Cons:
Disgusting Property. Please do not waste your time, or your money moving to this building. Water bugs, mice and roach infestation with no support by the super.
