Mediocre At Best
Former Tenant
Pros:
2 elevators, nice view, garbage management is really good
Cons:
Roaches are unavoidable and the exterminator does nothing about them. Biggest con of my apartment. They paint over stuff instead of cleaning it

The Worst Management Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is ideal, close to transportation, shops & is quiet. I have a sunset view and live in a decently kept building.
Cons:
Elevator is always broken, heat during the winter is the worst, windows are old so cold comes right in. Management is the WORST! They are unprofessional, rude, lose your rent payments, charge you unfairly, and force you into legal proceedings before they do any repairs in your apartment. They’re are also very discriminating and rude to tenants who are not Albanian and women.
Advice to owner:
GET A NEW JOB! You’re unprofessionalism is disgraceful. How you treat tenants like they’re not an important aspect of your income, how you neglect to do the right thing, how careless you are with checks and how God AWFUL your staff is ... pathetic and offensive. Sell this building to a landlord who lives what he does and is not in this industry to serve his ego and his “people” only.
