do not move in this building at all!!! management & tenants are bunch of thieves
Former Tenant
Pros:
only thing i like was parking outside , nobody parks behind you & they have 2 elevators but one is always messed up
Cons:
where do i start lol , first of all they cheap with the heat all the super say is “ the boiler is automatic so it turns on by itself” . when i first moved in the building they made it seem so nice it even had a security guard . 2 weeks later they took it off. if they leave a package by the mailbox best believe a tenant will steal it. specially the crackhead in apartment 4P. management do not answer emails calls nothing you would have to call the city and then they get scared and answer you . for them to give you your security deposit back you will literally have to go to the office and fight them because the manager larry wants to keep it
