Serious upgrades needed
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s quiet and safe
Cons:
Something has to be done with garbage compactor on all floors. Garbage left by lazy tenants. It smells and roach infested. Mailboxes should be upgraded. Building should have at least 2 more washers installed and better up keeping on the dryers
