Filthy and outdated

Pros:
The neighbors here are great and it’s situated close to many buses + a train stop, rent is reasonable + rooms are very good sizes
Cons:
Filthy, roach infested, no matter how clean you keep your apartment you will encounter roaches in your home!!! Garbage collection happens everyday but tenants all leave the garbage out instead of in the chute
Advice to owner:
Please just exterminate the place!!!
