Not the best place but it works
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great windows, new fridge and stove when I moved in.
Cons:
Roaches and bed bug common in the building. The heat never comes on during the day even when it’s below 20 and at night it isn’t consistent enough to keep the place warm.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heating system, do some upgrades to the building

A Bronx Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to train station and abundance of shops nearby.
Cons:
Management doesn't clean building (stairwells are extremely dirty), pest issues in stairwells and apartments (mice and roaches), garbage frequently thrown in front of buildings, unresponsive management, low heat in winter time (you will have to use a portable heater to stay warm), and frequent intolerable smells in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
Upkeep your building by exterminating, cleaning hallways, and garbage management. Collectioning rent without adequate concern for your tenants will be your demise.
