Thin walls with loud tenants

Nice facade ok
Cons
The neighbors would blast their music and you can even hear it coming up through the floor. The building has very thin walls that you can hear your neighbors sneeze. You also had to pay your rent in cash.
Advice to the owners
Have rules set about loud music.

The outside was nice and a big apartment
