Could be great with better management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors, pre war apartments.
Cons:
Dusty lobby and hallways. Parties in front of the building. Garbage accumulation and lack of cleanliness in back common garden area of building. Leaks / Water Damage in many of the apartments that owners do not fix or care of, patch & go. Nothing gets properly fixed.
Advice to owner:
Take the time to actually fix the leaks in the building, have someone tend to the outdoor area / back entrance. Stop the gatherings with loud music in front of the property and this would be a great property.
