Decent living quarters
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat isn’t a issue there, owner is very responsive to calls to management and the overall environment within the building is working class people who like their privacy
Cons:
Building sanitation is effective around trash collection but because of lack in enforcement of policy for renters can see trash displayed in the building front court yard which can make it unappealing although not obstructive. Neighbors aren’t rude but not overly friendly. Superintendent can have lazy cycles if not kept on certain requests but get the job done with enough upkeep on your request to be fixed once finally arriving
