Very dirty

Pros:
Small building, good heat nice super
Cons:
Landlord rent to anyone all kind of drug addicts and drug dealers, building always dirty
Advice to owner:
Stop bringing all kind of people in the building, pay your con-Ed bills in time , fix what need to be fix and stop raising the rent for a mediocre building, hire someone to clean the building it’s always so filthy
