House of Horrors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors outside of the building are very sweet
Cons:
- Dosen't give heat in the summer ( we literally walk inside in our coats
- He is NEVER in the U.S therefore can't make any repairs to property. Big or small
- Has a backyard filled with rats, waterbugs, spiders, roaches and anyother unwanted pest you could think of. Has weeds that are growing well over 4 feet tall and blames residents for pest issues.
-Landlord is very rude and only intrested in collecting money
- yells at you if you even momentarily stop remotely close to his driveway
-Ceeling caves in in some places and floor is slanted so yoyr furniture will move.
