You can do better

Pros:
Small building - not a lot of tenants, garbage area is often tidy, friendly super
Cons:
Roaches, neighbors play loud music well into the night every single night, building is unmanaged even with only having 3 floors, loud music outside some nights along with street noise, inadequate heat during colder months, water takes forever to warm up
