Poor management communication
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is super clean and responsible. He is always there for tenants and taking care of this building , but the land lord office is unreachable, and unresponsive worse land lord ever.
Cons:
There are people slowing weed in the hallway and there is not cameras so no one takes responsibility and we have children smelling that. When you need a repair only súper helps , but if he can’t fix it nobody will cause land lord is unresponsive
Advice to owner:
Tu need to give more support to the super , he is the best super ever , without the skills and tools he can’t fix everybody’s needs . What a shame
